What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothes you can move in. Your doctor tells you before asking you to change anything.
How long is the first visit?
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 20 to 30 minutes.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you use one, and claim details if you were hurt in a crash or at work. Bring any records or imaging you already have.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A family member or friend can come with you, and your doctor can include them when you explain things.
