Care after an injury, explained before it starts
Every plan starts with an exam. Your doctor explains the options, the risks of each and what each would cost, and you choose. Results vary from person to person, and no outcome is promised.

What a visit can include
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam, and the plan can change as you do.

Injury care
After a car crash, a work injury or a fall, your doctor examines how you move and explains the options. Visit notes are kept clearly, and records go to your insurer, employer or attorney only with your written permission.

Sports and activity care
For people who train or play. An exam, hands-on care and exercises, and a plan for returning to activity at a pace you and your doctor set together.

Spinal decompression
A table that gently stretches the spine, offered only when your exam suggests it may suit you. Your doctor explains how it works, who it is not for and what it costs before you start.

Movement and nerve screening
A hands-on check of strength, feeling and reflexes. If anything points to a problem that needs a physician, we tell you and refer you.

Back and neck care
Spinal adjustments, mobilization, soft tissue work and exercises. Neck adjustments carry rare but serious risks, including stroke, which your doctor explains before any adjustment.

Laser and shockwave
Cold laser and shockwave devices, used in some visits alongside hands-on care when your doctor thinks they fit. Your doctor explains what each does and does not do, and how it is paid.
What a follow-up visit looks like
After the first visit, most visits are short.

- 01
Catch-up
Tell your doctor how you have been since the last visit.
- 02
Hands-on care
Care as agreed in your plan, and nothing you have not agreed to.
- 03
Exercises
Movements or advice to use between visits.
- 04
Next visit
You and your doctor decide when to come back.
Start with an exam
Your doctor explains what the exam found and what each option would cost. You decide what happens next.

- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
